- Reports and Safety Preferences: If you report content or block another user, we store the report details (such as the reported content, reason, and timestamp) and your blocked-user list so we can review reports, enforce our Terms, and hide content from users you have blocked.

1. Description of Service
Broke College Eats is a location-based platform that helps users discover restaurant deals and discounts near them. The App allows users to browse deals on a map or list, save favorites, and view deal details including location and expiration information. Merchants and authorized users may create or edit deal listings.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Accounts
- You may browse deals without an account, but certain features (such as saving favorites) require registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at info@nsyllc.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. User Content
If you create, upload, or submit content through the App (including deal listings, descriptions, and images), you retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.
You agree that your content will not:
- Be false, misleading, or fraudulent
- Violate any law or third-party rights
- Contain offensive, harmful, or inappropriate material
- Advertise deals that do not exist or have expired
Zero-Tolerance Policy
Broke College Eats has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You may not post, upload, or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, violent, or that promotes illegal activity, discrimination, or harm to others. We do not tolerate spam, impersonation, or attempts to exploit or endanger other users.
Violations may result in immediate removal of content, suspension or permanent termination of your account, and reporting to law enforcement where appropriate. By using the App, you agree to this zero-tolerance policy as part of these Terms.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine is harmful to users or the platform, without prior notice.
5. Reporting and Blocking
The App provides tools to help you stay safe and keep the community helpful:
- Report content: You can report deals, images, descriptions, or other user-submitted content you believe is objectionable, misleading, expired, or violates these Terms. Use the report option on a deal or profile, or email info@nsyllc.com with details and a link or screenshot if needed.
- Block users: You can block another user from their profile or from content they posted. When you block someone, their deals and other content will no longer appear for you in the App.
- Delete your deals: If you posted a deal, you can delete it from the deal detail or edit screen. Deletion removes the listing from the App for other users.
Reports are reviewed by our team. Blocking is handled on your device and account so you can control what you see without notifying the blocked user.
6. Content Moderation and Response Times
We are committed to maintaining a safe community. When you report objectionable content or abusive behavior, we will review the report and take appropriate action — including removing content, warning users, or terminating accounts — within 24 hours of receiving a valid report.
For urgent safety issues, email info@nsyllc.com with "URGENT" in the subject line. We may also act proactively if we discover violating content through our own review or automated systems.
7. Deal Accuracy Disclaimer
Deals listed in the App are provided by merchants and other users. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or validity of any deal. Deal terms, prices, and expiration dates may change without notice. Always confirm deal details directly with the restaurant before visiting or making a purchase.
Broke College Eats is not a party to any transaction between you and a restaurant. We are not responsible if a deal is unavailable, expired, or different from what was listed in the App.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Post fake, expired, or misleading deals
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute App content without permission
